We guarantee accurate printing within the spell checks limitation. Proofs are shared when orders exceed $200.00 for customer approval. No warranty for negligent proofing.

We accept returns on non-personalized product only. i.e. T-shirts, Jackets, Paper, etc. that have not yet been printed onto. Returns must accompany a sales receipt and be made within 7-days.

Copy Cat, Inc. products are covered by a limited liability warranty from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply if, in the judgement of Copy Cat, Inc. the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product's instructions, has been modified in any way, or has a defaced or removed serial number. Repair by anyone other than Copy Cat, Inc. or an approved agent voids this warranty. The maximum liability of Copy Cat, Inc. is the product purchase price. You can find if your product is covered by Copy Cat, Inc. warranty by comparing the duration of the warranty against the purchase date.
